Billing cycles are based on 31-day period. We understand that sometimes you do not have requests to fill up the entire month, that's why we came up with the concept of pausing your subscription.

For example, if you subscribe and use the service for 16 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, you will have 15 days of service remaining in your subscription to be used anytime in the future.

Please note that we do not pause your cycle on your behalf. While the cycle is in progress status, and it reached the cycle period, you are due to subscribe for another month.
